With over 20 years of dedicated experience in both national passenger services and international road haulage, I bring a comprehensive understanding of transport operations, compliance, and team leadership. Holding the OCR Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Passenger Transport) and the City & Guilds Level 3 CPC for Road Haulage, along with full Category C and D driving licenses, I am well-equipped to manage all aspects of transport services.

Currently, I am the Owner and Transport Manager of a licensed passenger transport company. This hands-on role has given me invaluable insight into regulatory compliance, fleet safety management, driver supervision, and customer engagement through digital channels. Running this business has reinforced my ability to keep operations cost-effective, compliant, and responsive to customer needs.

My prior roles, including supervisory and operational positions at various logistics, waste management, and transportation companies, have honed my skills in dispatch management, driver training, fleet maintenance, and regulatory adherence. Additionally, my experience as a Transport Coordinator within an educational setting sharpened my route planning, driver supervision, accident management skills and Safe Guarding policies.

I am adept at managing vehicle fleets, ensuring driver performance, and maintaining all necessary compliance documentation. Whether stepping into the cab myself or resolving operational challenges, I lead with a practical and technical understanding rooted in real-world experience.
